Our made to measure services are available to clients via showroom appointments or our online consultations depending where you are based. Our curtain making and blind making takes place in our on-site workshop, here in Cornwall and we deliver across the UK. Our unique way of working enables you to take advantage of our years of experience and skills no matter where you are.
We have a talented and enthusiastic team of makers creating hand finished curtains, blinds, cushions and soft furnishings. Whether you are after a contemporary 'Wave' curtain, eyelets, classic pinch pleats, traditional swags and tails or a simple roman blind we can create it for you. Curtain Making
We have an in-house specialist team of makers who skilfully tailor make your hand finished curtains to exacting standards. Using a pool of knowledge gained over many years in the soft furnishing industry every job is approached with care and attention to detail.
There are many different heading styles to choose from and we will help you at every step of the way to select the right solution for your individual needs and interior style. Whether you are looking for something more classical or more contemporary or somewhere in between, we can help you find the solution.

Blind Making
Our made to measure Roman Blinds are hand stitched in our workshop in Cornwall, by one of our highly skilled makers, with attention paid to every step of the way to create a truly bespoke blind that is tailored to your windows.
A versatile window covering perfect for when there isn’t the space for curtains or you prefer a simpler window treatment. They require less fabric than their curtain counterparts and they can be elevated with contrasting borders and trims to add that extra Pzazz!!
There are different styles to consider such as Self Stack, Waterfall, Relaxed and even the more flouncy designs are making a come back. For more impact they can be combined with curtains to create a real statement and work in two of your favourite fabrics.
Our showroom is packed with beautiful fabrics and trimmings which we can guide you through to find the perfect combination that works for you and your home. We can also advise you on the various control options available such as remote controlled one press of a button and walk away whilst they take care of themselves.

Soft Furnishings
In addition to curtains and blinds we also make, cushions, bed throws, headboards, bed valances and there is a full upholstery service available through Tala Valley Upholstery. We have got all your soft furnishing needs covered.
Pelmets & Valances
Pelmets can be rigid either upholstered or painted and Valances soft and floaty, adding a dramatic flourish to your windows or equally elegant in a more understated design
They can have a practical role to play too, helping to cover up unsightly curtain tracks, help to minimise light spill and allow us to play around with the scale of a window or visually correct an architectural detail.
We make beautiful upholstered pelmets, shaped or straight, plain or embellished with trims or borders. If you prefer something softer then a Valance maybe the answer, perhaps a simple gather or a more tailored box pleat.
